Rachel shrinks herself and crawls around Marco's body. When I said I shipped these two, I didn't mean to get THAT extreme...

You can watch it in one piece on Blip:

or in two pieces below the cut!

The Helmacrons are back, and up to their old tricks. Only this time, the miniature megalomaniacs escape into Marco's nose. Now Jake, Cassie, Tobias, Rachel and Ax have to go inside Marco's body to flush them out before they hurt him. And Marco has his own problem. Someone took a picture of him demorphing. He tries to swipe the camera without morphing, but is bitten by a rabid dog. Now he's got to keep making decisions while he's getting sicker.

This one was just too much of a stretch, even for the Animorphs...I loved Fantastic Voyage and all, but it's hard to get any enjoyment when the science I know keeps triggering things in my head LOL.

Besides, we needed more plot related books and less filler by this point.

Sometimes your worst problems are the ones you can't actually see. Like the Helmacrons. These less-than-an-inch-high aliens are back and they want the morphing cube more than ever. Obviously Rachel, the other Animorphs and Ax can't let them take the cube. But when Rachel tries to stop the Helmacrons from stealing it, Marco gets in the way and ends up with tiny aliens, well, up his nose.
Rachel and the others can't let the Helmacrons stay inside Marco's head. They're armed and could cause serious damage. So the Animorphs and Ax come up with a plan to evict the Helmacrons from their new residence. But it involves a shrinking ray and the obvious: Marco's nose.

This seriously feels like another "we ran our of ideas" plot filler book. Not to mention questions it raises like "how could they breathe when small if the air molecules are probably bigger than their bodies are used to handling? And why didn't Marco's immune system fight THEM off? Oh and "How could they see anything at all when it's dark in there?"

Bonus points for mentioning Magic School Bus and Fantastic Voyage though *g*

Prompt: Going inside

I can't really come up with any really good questions about this one...except for "why didn't Marco ever get his rabies shot?" maybe.

While I'm at it, anyone know why many of the later books refer to Elfangor as a war prince instead of a prince like the early ones?

Edit: I got next week wrong, next week is Taxxon time. My bad.

I love that this stuff is new to me, but when I'm to the end, I think I'm gonna cry lol.

1.Wouldn't the Animorphs and Helmacrons both have been attacked by Marco's immune system quickly? Or would they have needed to be in there longer than they were? I know that things like replacement joints and pacemakers do fine for years, but living things are different. It's not like attacking a virus or bacterium with specific antibodies, I know that, but there's some kind of attack. Although if a transplant patient's going to have a rejection, it doesn't happen immediately after the organ goes in so maybe they weren't in there long enough. Even in Fantastic Voyage, the crew risked being attacked if they went outside the ship too long, and the villain did get swallowed.

2.Would Marco's morph really have destroyed the virus? I know it would have repaired the brain damage that was occuring but wouldn't the virus still be inside him? Or do viruses disappear when a person morphs?

I love the Fantastic Voyage and Magic School Bus nods in here...I still love reading MSB books when I can find them at the library lol
