Do we need to sign up for one of those days or can we just post something on that date to the community if we find we have time to make something?

You can just post something--put animorphs in the "For" field so we know it's a gift for the community at large.

If you want, you can go to the original sign up post and fill someone's prompt, but you don't have to.
