I thought I did the Helmacrons, but I could have thought wrong. Thanks for the list, I appreciate it :) And since someone wants Anati, we'll do them. Probably also throw the Nartec in there in addition to the others, much as I am unimpressed with that book.
I like how KA throws us off with this one. (it is here and not a ghostwriter, right?) We think the Howlers are evil, but when Jake morphs one, we see that they're essentially children, there's no adult phase and they're unaware of right and wrong. Crayak's mind control keeps them from learning too much, although the kiss gets to them.
Some have asked why Jake never went Howler again...was it just too much to handle?

Date: 2011-12-27 11:39 pm (UTC)Also, he might have been afraid that with the Howelers having his memories, then the Crayak himself would be able to have his memories as well. Though, I don't know the extent of the Crayak's power, the Crayak may have already been able to do that.
