So, technically speaking, Marco was dead when they came out to the rest of the world in book 52. They 'killed' him and his dad in an earlier book. Granted, I'm sure they fixed his legal status right quick, but how many zombie jokes do you think Marco made before that happened?

Zombies nothing. He invoked the religion jokes so hard that cable news channels had him on a "Permanent Smear" list.
