Species discussion: Pemalites

The Pemalites had a noble goal, but it was hard to hold it up against the rest of the universe when so many were fighting. We know the Ellimist created them-was he right to make them the way he did, or did he doom them from the beginning? Would someone else have destroyed them if the Howlers hadn't? We only see about them directly in Erek's video in The Android, and then from the Pemalite ship in The Exposed, but it gives us a little idea. And of course the dog thing is supposed to be another clue.

I'm so sad this has gotten no comments. Pemalites were the shit.

I think my favorite bit of them was when the Anis had to go down and get the crystal out of their ship and Jake tells everyone to memorize the password... "Six."

honestly that part bugged me. If they're so trusting, then they wouldn't have even recognized the need or invented the concept of a "password." Picking one as simple as "six" just makes them dumb.

Grr grumble grumble I have cramps that's all this is.
