My first thought upon reading this post was "probably in Japan." Because it seems like the Japanese has a vending machine for everything.

Then I read the article and was amused about the comments about Japan. I'm actually surprised that this is in the UK!

Animorphs aside, they could make a killing at night clubs or on campuses w/a flip-flop machine because there's always someone who's shoe has broken.
