Everworld was hard to imagine. It was TOO "fantasy" for my taste, but then again thats what it was aiming for wasnt it?

They are both very good, but not as good as Animorphs. I thought Remnants actually was better until the horrible, horrible ending.

I haven't read Remnants, but I really enjoyed Everworld. It's a bit more 'adult' than Animorphs, as the characters are all in high school. Mythology-galore. I remember liking it very much, but I haven't read them in a few years.

I really liked Everworld. I found I didn't like how Remnants was written.

Everworld is really good. I only read the first few Remnants, I really didn't like it as much as Animorphs or Everworld.

Everworld had a good premise and a keen cast of gods, but was plagued by dull characters throughout, with the exception of Jalil...and it possessed the requisite Applegate crappy ending, of course.

Remnants was also interesting, but had the worst of K.A.A.'s endings, and a cast of characters too large and shallow to really care much about, in my opinion.

I liked Everworld and Animorphs endings, Remnants was the worse ending ever. I liked the way it was going with the whole Back to Earth arc...then it didnt go anywhere

Everworld is sort of like the shock value books of K.A. Applegate in my opinion. I've only read the first few since they are hard to find, but the books that I have read will occasionally have lines in them that cause me to say, "Oh no, she didn't!"

When Christopher is accused of being racist by his little brother: "Hey! It so happens I'm trapped in hell with a black guy, I spent last night with a black guy! I'm sleeping with him right now in--"

I stopped. About two-dozen words too late.

A couple of lines later...

Christopher's little brother: "Oh, man. No, no, that's cool. I'm down with that. That's cool. Each his own, man. I support you. You know, you gotta be what you gotta be, Tinky Winky."

I really want to find all of the books, but they seem to already be out-of-print :(. I haven't been interested in reading Remnants yet. It's not as good as Animorphs, but it's very good if you like the comic comebacks within Animorphs and love mixing irony, Mythology, and shock value.

I apologize, I had no idea LJ Cuts didn't work on comments. Sorry if this is counted as a spoiler.

My little sister is in love with Everworld right now.

I prefer Animorphs. I didn't finish either other series...but I liked Everworld more.

I read several books of Remnants when it first came out. Around book 10 or so, it got rather tedious--oh no, we're going to a NEW world, it's SO dangerous! It had cool characters, but the circus of wierd dangers got too repetitive.

I've only read book one of Everworld, but it seems alright.

I have all the Everworld books. I thought it was an awesome series. Haven't really read book one of Remnants yet. But I loooooove Everworld and Animorphs. Awesome stuff.

Everworld is fantastic. Gosh, I miss that series.

Remnants was good until about book #10 or so, and then it was serious crap.

I read Everworld and loved it. It was actually kinda similar to something I myself was working on, so I could get into it and understand it really well. I liked it a lot. Remnants I did not like. At all. I'm not sure why. I read a few of the books, but I just couldnt' stand it. I wasn't really interested, I guess, and, in the end, I gave up.
