It seems people are posting some beautiful art here lately (lookit that Andalite! :D), and I was planning on loading these this month anyway, so. For the last six months, I've been drawing a graphic novel version of Animorphs #5: The Predator with traditional media. I'm currently twenty pages in, a little over halfway through, and have decided that since that's a pretty large backlog, now's as good a time as any to start hosting the comic.

Those of you who follow my DeviantArt have already seen the unlettered pages, but [livejournal.com profile] faux_folklore is doing an amazing job putting the script to the images. I'll be updating every Saturday with a new page.

As a note, the first few pages were drawn six months ago, so...I've improved greatly since then, and the character designs have solidified a lot further.

You're supposed to try and blend in! You're gonna blow our cover!! *facepalm*

Their commentary was "cosplaying Animorphs?" Lol, it actually kind of works in that context...

And that got me to thinking...if you happened to look kinda like one of the kids, then partly-morphed WOULD be an awesome cosplay (instead of, you know, "some random kid from California that no one is going to get unless they're also a super-dedicated fan"). You could do darn near anything you wanted, since you wouldn't have to have a whole animal costume...

EDIT: Fixed the video code.
