plush tobias omg

jedifreac.livejournal.comToday I was at a toy store in Macy's Plaza in downtown Los Angeles and they..they sell Tobias plushies.
So I bought him.
They're Wild Republic Audubon Birds with Real Bird Calls and made with the Audubon society and designed to look realistic! And if you squeeze him, he goes TSEEEER just like emo Tobias.
"These beanbag marvels are a perfect replica of the original species in the way they look and sound. Each bird's lifelike design and detailing is the result of input from Audubon. In addition, the authentic sound in each bird has been provided by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and represents hours, months and even years of extensive fieldwork conducted by expert recordists. Or his inhuman scream as he dives for yeerks. TSEEEEER!!!
They also had a Peregrine Falcon (Jake!) and a Bald Eagle (Rachel!) and a Barn Owl (Cassie!) but um. I held back. Besides, Tobias is the nothlit, so um, yeah.
My boyfriend is confused as to why I brought home a red tailed hawk so now I am trying to explain to him that Tobias was a kid who was stuck in morph and he writes emo poetry in the forest with Ax and occasionally flies into the room of his blonde gymnast violent girlfriend at night to do math homework and watch reruns of Felicity. And Ginger and Maple Oatmeal and Kadronna Rays and Bunnnz Cinnamon Bunnz and oh I miss this series.

P.S. So now my fantasy is an Animorphs animated series created by the guys who did Avatar: The Last Airbender. Quality storyline and dialogue plotted over three seasons with awesome artwork? Plz plz Nickelodeon redeem yourself.
