I was rereading Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban lately, and when Sirius was talking about he escaped Azkaban and hid out in the forests of Hogwarts by remaining a dog all the time, my first thought was, "But you can only be in morph for 2 hours! You'll get stuck."

Actually, what also struck me about the part where Tobias and Sirius are about to kill Peter is that both of them, despite very different temperaments, are fully on board with killing Pettigrew. I honestly can't think of a part in Animorphs where a killing was contemplated with that little angst.

Well Sirius and Remus both had their lives essentially ruined by Peter and David was a short term (two time) problem for the Animorphs, yes? If David had actually ever pulled anything off and someone (Jake as James? Stretching lol) HAD died things would have been different.

tobias may have started off as a lupin, thinking his friends were too good for him or alternatively that nobody wanted to be friends with him, but he eventually acquired a sort of ... clinical detachment that lupin never did. i dunno it sounds cliche but he adopted the predator mentality.

It's like me with that Molly Moon book. I didn't read it through but when I flipped through, I was like "that is NOT how morphing works"

When the Dino Squad cartoon was on, I kept imagining a crossover lol...it was about teens with dino morphs.
