I would say that Katniss is either Gryffindor or Slytherin (she's got a bit of a manipulative side)
Peeta is either Gryffindor or Hufflepuff.
Gale - Slytherin
Johanna - Slytherin
Finnick - Gryffindor/Hufflepuff
